- All requests for specific accommodation for the IELTS exam (Paper Based IELTS) are made online at the time of registration on the British Council website. Please note that the British Council is not able to offer special arrangements for candidates who wish to take the Computer Delivered IELTS.
- Candidates must send their medical certificate (stamped and signed) specifying the specific accommodations they need as well as their BSB accommodation certificate (to be found on your Zeendoc safe) to the British Council's disability mission (ielts@britishcouncil.fr).
Please note that the center will need several weeks to implement the accommodations. This delay should be taken into account when making your request. So plan to send your request at least 6 weeks before the test date.
- You will receive a response from the British Council by email;
- The answer from the British Council should be sent to Mrs. Père (catherine.pere@bsb-education.com) for Dijon or to Mrs. Lapprand (tiphaine.lapprand@bsb-education.com) for Lyon at least 3 weeks before the test date so that your accommodation is taken into account and implemented.
