The WEI is an integral part of your associative life.
Organised by the BDE and the Students' Federation, the aim of this event is to help new students integrate into the BSB community, and it proudly embodies two of BSB's core values: cohesion and team spirit.
Who is it for?
All students over 18 can take part in the WEI (registration required).
When?
Held every year after the start of the school year, it begins on Thursday late afternoon and returns on Sunday evening. For this year 25-26: it will take place from 26 to 28 September 2025🥳
What is it exactly?
The programme changes every year for a new experience every year ...
Without spilling the beans, you can look forward to fun, sporting and festive activities and evenings in a friendly atmosphere, specially put together by your association representatives to make sure you have an unforgettable weekend.
All this will give you the chance to meet other students and get to know each other better in a positive and caring atmosphere.

What is the price?
The price for 2025-2026 has not yet been set by the BDE.
What kind of organisation?
Your safety is our priority.
That's why the staff at the weekend will be made up of members of the BDE and the federation, who will be there to make sure that everything goes smoothly and to help you live the moment to the full in the best possible conditions.
They will be assisted by security coordinators: two police officers assigned by BSB to guarantee a safe space.
Hazing is forbidden at all times and in all places, and all participating students sign a charter committing them to respecting the law ... and common sense!
As far as the activities on offer are concerned, please bear in mind that you are free to choose which ones you wish to take part in. T
he supervisory team will be there for you if you need them and will be clearly visible thanks to their armbands.
