A shared apartment is a living arrangement where several roommates rent the same property, which they all use as their primary residence. It can take the form of a single lease signed by all roommates (joint lease), or as many individual leases as there are roommates (individual lease).
An individual lease guarantees that you can keep your housing even if one of your roommates leaves the shared apartment.
Our partners offer a few rooms in shared apartments: check them out here.
