A shared rental arrangement is when several roommates rent the same dwelling, which they all use as their primary residence. It can take the form of a single lease signed by all the roommates (joint lease), or as many individual leases as there are roommates (individual leases).
An individual lease ensures that you can keep your apartment even if one of your roommates moves out.
Our partners have a few shared rooms available: check them out here.
