When you submit a request, you create a support ticket.
Whatever the nature of the request, to facilitate the processing of the ticket and speed up the assistance, you can provide additional elements by replying to the acknowledgement of receipt or directly from your ticket
- Specify the error message encountered
- If possible, provide a (complete) screenshot of your problem
- Provide proof of identity if your request concerns access to your account or the modification of personal data (phone number etc...)

We strongly recommend that you provide as much information as possible in your initial request, so that we don't have to ask you for these elements through several exchanges before we can precisely target your problem.
