How to submit an application?
To submit an application, a single point of contact: the international relations department of your establishment or in high schools preparing for a BTS the Referent Teacher for European and International Action (ERAEI).
It will tell you the partner establishments where you can study or the steps to take to go on an internship.
You will submit your application to him and he will accompany you throughout your stay.
What is the duration of an Erasmus+ mobility?
Duration of Erasmus+ mobility: 2 to 12 months maximum per study cycle.
Mobility for studies or internships lasts from 2 months to a maximum of 12 months per study cycle. These mobility can also be done in a hybrid format, that is to say by combining virtual activities with a shorter physical mobility of between 5 and 30 days.
Amount of scholarship?
You receive a grant from the European Union which is a contribution to the costs incurred by mobility. This grant is fixed and systematically includes the cost of living in the country of destination. You will be exempt from registration fees at the host university.
Additional funding may be offered by regional councils or ministries. Supplements are granted for students with disabilities.
Students from countries and outermost regions receive scholarships of €700 regardless of destination as well as a contribution towards travel costs.
As an indication, the monthly amounts of the Erasmus+ grant offered by the European Union (without supplements):
- Denmark, Finland, Ireland, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Norway, Sweden, United Kingdom, Switzerland, Faroe Islands: €310 to €600/month for studies; 460 to 750€/month for internships; €700/month for students enrolled in an overseas institution.
- Germany, Austria, Belgium, Cyprus, Spain, France, Greece, Italy, Malta, Netherlands, Portugal: €260 to €540/month for studies; 410 to 690€/month for internships; €700/month for students enrolled in an overseas institution.
- Former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia, Bulgaria, Croatia, Estonia, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, Czech Republic, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Turkey: €200 to €490 for studies; €350 to €570/month for internships; €700/month for students enrolled in an overseas institution.

What there is to know
Criteria
- Dematerialized and complete application submitted online, on the dedicated application, accessible via the Region's website, max. 30 days after the start date of mobility;
- Mobility validated pedagogically by the educational establishment of Bourgogne-Franche-Comté;
Studies abroad, outside France and DROM-COM and more than 150 km from the place of family residence and the place of study in France; - Mobility carried out outside the country of family residence for international applicants;
- Social criteria: Family quotient less than €25,830 (tax notice year N-1 on income N-2).
How much ?
The amount of the grant depends on the duration of the mobility, the family quotient and the applicable scale. It is between €264 and €2,300.

Duration
- Minimum duration of 3 months;
- Maximum duration of 10 months.
Scale
The amount of the scholarships will vary depending on whether or not there is European aid:
- If the young person receives funding under the Erasmus+ framework programme, he is concerned by the “Europe” scale;
- In other cases, the “general” scale applies.
Funding tranches
- The amount of the scholarships varies according to the family quotient, determined on the basis of the income of year N-2 (N being the year of the start of the internship or the period of study abroad). It is calculated by dividing the taxable income by the number of units;
- Depending on the family quotient, the file is linked to a financing tranche, within the scale to which it is attached.

Payment in two installments
- 80% deposit after the award of the scholarship;
- Balance after online submission of the certificate and end-of-studies report by the applicant (documents downloadable below), calculated on the basis of the period of study actually carried out abroad.
How ?
The instruction is carried out by the services of the Regional Council, from the scholarship application file submitted in the online application "Envol", after validation by the applicant's educational establishment.

The code required when creating the account is to be requested from the mobility correspondent in your institution.

BRMIE: Grant from the Auvergne Rhône Alpes Regional Council.
Students from the Lyon campus only, cannot be combined with the Erasmus + scholarship.
This scholarship is not an entitlement. It is allocated within the limits of the credits allocated by the Region.

I benefit, during my internship mobility, from a net monthly compensation of more than €600.60 (€710.60 for scholarship students on social criteria or with disabilities). |
Important points:
- You can, during your course, benefit from a maximum of 48 weeks of scholarships in total, in License and Master (or equivalent) in a higher education establishment in Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes.
- You are not given priority if you have already received a grant from the Region in the face of requests from students or higher education apprentices from the same establishment who have never received aid from the Region before.
- The regional grant can be combined with other grants, except for an international mobility grant awarded by another French Region.
- A higher education student or apprentice, even registered jointly in several eligible establishments, can only receive one regional grant for the same mobility.
- For students and apprentices enrolled in health and social training, and given the specificity and duration of the internships, it is possible to have several host organizations, but these internships must be consecutive.

Payment terms
Pay attention to the dates and procedures for submitting supporting documents:
- For the attendance certificate: as soon as you arrive at the reception structure.
- For the end certificate and the report: "At the earliest 15 days before the end of the mobility and within 3 months following the end of this mobility"
- The scholarship can be paid in one go on production of the final certificate and the end-of-stay report
- The amount depends on the number of weeks of training or internship actually completed.
- The scholarship will be paid after receipt of the supporting documents by the Region.
/! \ In the event of cancellation of the stay before the departure date, the Region proceeds, except in cases of force majeure, to recover the fixed aid already paid.

Additional aid: special cases
The additional flat-rate aid for scholarship holders based on social criteria or with disabilities can be paid before the start of the mobility, in view of the certificate issued by the authorized body for the academic year of the mobility.
This certificate must be accompanied by a copy of the invoice for the corresponding nominative transport ticket.
